Our goal is to see you ecstatic & confident with your new purchase but if you’re not you can simply return the fragrance/s and we will exchange or refund you provided that the item is not damaged or used and that it is still in its original packaging.

 

Our refund / return policy is only applicable for 10 days since your purchase, if 10 days passes by, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange the item/s.

 

When returning the package, please ensure that the item is still in its original packaging, once the item has been received, inspected & validated your return, we will refund your account with the purchase price of the product within 5 days of return.

 

Items that are on sale are not eligible for a refund/exchange only regular price items can be exchanged/refunded 

 

Do note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping cost are non-refundable
